Our Fall Healing Retreat

This retreat will be the final offering on Healing for the year and ends our year of HEALING. Gregory has planned a four-day retreat that will be a matter of devotion to the tones and resonance that is HEALING through Tibetan Pulsing meditations. Gregory will introduce resonances that have been used for thousands of years, which promote inner healing. Healing meaning in this world and this life as well as many others that we have all had.

Healing is not just a matter of the body. Healing has much to do with allowing the energy of tone to affect us and create a state where the pulsation and breath patterns merge into oneness and create a profound bond with Love itself. Anyone can do this with some practice and some inner discipline. If you feel the need to move deeper into the presence of Life itself as Love and seek a path of compassion and mercy-then this retreat can open you up to new and more profound experiences that will help you come to the place where the unconscious mind no longer has the hold on you-it may have now.

Fall Healing Meditation Retreat

The Tibetan Pulsing meditations that will be offered at this retreat could well change the way you live with your body and all the karma it has produced throughout the many lives we have lived so unconsciously. Within these simple new meditations that have been around for many hundreds of years-you will have a very powerful and peaceful way of living in the grace that comes in healing the coarse energies that we accumulate through living lifetime after lifetime in willful fear and ignorance. Gregory was well trained in Tibetan Pulsing breath work in India by two Tibetan Pulsing Masters. The tones and textures in the meditations are recreated by very well trained Tibetan Pulsing masters who have learned how to take tones and but them in digital formats that puts you right in there in the midst of these glorious meditations that can bring awakening and healing.

We will breathe through our days in simple meditations that awaken healing through the seven chakras that live within all of us as our spiritual body. The healing you will experience will be the ONE you need more then anything else in this lifetime. If you learn how to listen to your inner tone...and follow it with devotion and care you will find a profound change in the relationship you have with Life, Love and you. Gregory will coach you through every moment of this sacred process.

Events of the Day:
You will be offered a morning catharsis meditation (Energy Momentum One) that will free you from the hurt, pain and anger that live in us so unconsciously and to make ready for the day of healing. After breakfast Gregory will offer a healing gestalt to help you come to be aware of the nature of human resistance to healing and Love itself and how to overcome it. Then we will begin our first meditation on healing. The afternoon will hold more meditations and the ability to feel purification through the cleansing of the shell around the heart. The evening meeting will be about healing through a very special Tibetan Pulsing meditation that will help you pull together the day's events and meditations into one.

Each day you will come closer and closer to the Healing that is necessary for you. Each person, will karmically draw to themselves their own kind of healing at this very special retreat. You need what is going to be offered here at Asilomar.

Workshops For September 2010:
As usual it is crucial that you attend the workshop that is nearest you in September, as Gregory will be seeking to prepare the inner ground within you to help you have the most profound experience possible for this retreat. You can go to the workshop pages for more information about these prepatory meditations and workshop events, which include meditations that are to be practiced to help you come to the place where TONE AND RESONANCE, can alter the way you experience meditation and Life itself and bring you to a place where you have a foundation for the November Asilomar Retreat. PRE-ASILOMAR:
Many of Gregory's students want longer periods of time at the retreat so he offers what is called "Pre-Asilomar" which basically is an added morning and part of the afternoon on Sunday November 14th. This is highly recommended because Gregory sets the tone for the week at these events. You will find them helpful as a way of understanding what is being offered in this powerful week of silence.
