The Soul of the Heart

This will be our morning meditation at Asilomar and involves the Third Eye, Heart and Crown Chakra. This meditation is again another Tibetan Pulsing Meditation that will bring you into the bliss of a great Love that lives within us all. Again a very simple meditation and only thirty minutes long.
