Heavy Breathers

I believe deeply in catharsis for myself and my students. Catharsis is the ability we all have to let our hurt and pain out without harming another person or ourselves. This CD and DVD set, entitled Heavy Breathers, is what I call an “industrial strength” catharsis. It was created many years ago while I was watching a small child throw a tantrum in a grocery store. As I watched this, it became obvious to me that this is exactly what all adults need. But who will do it? So…I created a catharsis that you can do in the privacy of your own home and gain the value of letting go of hidden pain and sorrow, without anyone watching you.

The video depicts a session that I conducted at one of my past Asilomar Retreats. It will show you exactly how it is done and the value of it. You can do it right along with the dvd video or, if you prefer, you can simply practice Heavy Breathers through the CD that is enclosed. Either way, this catharsis will help you to let go of the emotional and mental pain that you are all in due to this society and the strains of daily living…thus, allowing you to do other meditations like Energy Momentum One and Two to help you further your inner SPACE, which allows for deep and profound Silence.

Energy Momentum One

The single most important experience a person will have in the course of their lifetime will be the results that occur through meditation. But to achieve this the blocks such as fear and hate must be subsided and that is exactly what this meditation is all about.

Energy Momentum One is a Tibetan pulsing meditation that is very yogic in its demeanor and spiritual practice. I use this meditation three times a week and urge my students to do so, as well.

It is highly recommended that you also get, along with the CD version of this meditation, the instructional DVD…which shows you how to do a practice such as Energy Momentum One. This is a cathartic experience that will change the way you experience meditation, in general. I recommend the set.

Energy Momentum Two

This meditation is the companion to Energy Momentum One. This is the first in the Tibetan Pulsing Meditation Series. You will find this meditation very energizing.

When practiced with Energy Momentum One, it creates within the student a base for tones to be received that heal deep inner wounds. This is a must for the student who wishes to experience Consciousness.
