Om-The Reverberation Of Life.

This new meditation will be introduced on July 1st at Gregory’s northern California workshop. This meditation once again introduces Homodynamic along with chakra tones. The mediation is fifty minutes long and begins with Vipassana Meditation…then Om-ing Meditation and finishes with a Walking Meditation. You will go through two sessions in this simple but powerful CD.
