Retreats
The word “retreat” means to “withdraw from enemy forces”…to “move back from the difficult.” This is exactly what is offered at my Retreats. They are a chance to move away from the “enemy” that lives within – fear, guilt and shame – and come to a place where you can have a direct experience with Love. At all Retreats and Workshops, you will find meditation and gestalt therapy artfully presented in the forefront and they are powerful experiences that dial in your attentions to heal and renew your life.
We all need to “step back” from our daily living and find a new perspective about living. Within these beautiful spiritual Retreats, you will not be given theology or philosophical platitudes. You will be given methods that offer the direct experience of Love that lives within you. These are very important moments to those who are seeking to live more consciously.
The Workshops that precede all Retreats are very important as well. They offer preparatory work through meditations that Gregory has hand picked from the vast realm of Tibetan Pulsing traditions. It is very important that you prepare the inner “ground” for your Retreat experience and that is exactly what these Workshops are all about.

RETREATS IN 2012 – KARMA
I am about to take a journey with you that very few, in the course of a human being’s life, ever have the privilege of doing. We are going to be entering into karma, a much misunderstood principle of life. We will be taking it slow and diligently…allowing for questions and insights to occur.
I cannot tell you how important this year is going to be. For there to be anything that is meaningful to you, you are going to have to devote yourself totally and completely to the meditations and the spiritual practices that will be offered. There will be great times of confusion, doubt and worry as you go through this entire process. Your most graceful and powerful sense of intelligence will be needed and you will have to call upon it often.
I will have meditations for you during the year of 2012 that, at times, may seem awkward and perhaps, even strange. My orientation to karma was given to me by Tibetan pulsing masters who I journeyed with in India in 1974. My journey will be shared with you and I hope that you find it as meaningful as I did…oh, so many years ago.
To be effective in this experience, you are going to have to wrap your whole life around the journey of karma. I cannot make you do this, nor would I try. You’re going to have to be totally devoted to coming to Workshops and Retreats – not as you “feel like it,” but as a direct “call” of your life…to the meaning of life, itself. Few teachers would attempt such events that I will be offering to you in my Workshops and Retreats at Mount Madonna in the year 2012. This will not be a year that you can just float in to and out of your spiritual practice.
If you are an occasional person, if you feel casual about your spiritual experience, then this will not be the year for you to be joining us. You will need consistency, total diligence, and extreme devotion to the process of awakening to the energies of karma. I can only offer you so much and, then, you will have to imbibe the teachings and learn to vibrate to them in your daily living.
Whomever will be with us for this dynamic year, please remember it is my honor to have you. There is an old Zen saying: “When the student is ready, the teacher appears.” No more needs to be said after this.

The Pre-Madonna Workshop is an extra day filled with gestalt therapy and insights that will bless your work at Mt Madonna the following day and week. This is an “added unto you” kind of experience. If you are joining us for a Retreat and would like to come early and work with Siraj in process as a “pre-retreat experience,” you are most welcome to join us. We begin the Pre-Madonna Workshop at 10:00 a.m. and lunch will be provided during the day. The donation for this experience is $75.00 (part of this donation are tax deductible).
