Namasté,
As if my efforts were not difficult enough in seeking to help raise the awareness of humankind to the potential of Love– I now am faced with a most perplexing issue and I cannot do it alone and I need your help.

The FCC last year (unbeknownst to me) has made a law stating that all programs must have Closed Captioning, which means that they must have a running screen with every word that is spoken for the hearing impaired and deaf.
When I contracted with Channel 4 no one told me of this new law. So now in order for Aspire to continue on the air it needs to be encoded with Closed Captions. It will cost about $300.00 per program. This amounts to about $7,500 for all of our programs to be converted. I need your help.
What I am asking is that you adopt an Aspire program to place Closed Captioning on it. Your $300.00 donation will help the hearing impaired and allow Aspire to serve humankind each Sunday morning. Some of you are able to give more and adopt more programs and that will help those who can give very little and for those cannot give anything.
If you have valued Aspire and its message and can see the importance of it on the air I am asking you to STEP UP and help save the program. We will have to go off the air if we are not in compliance with this law.
If you wish to help…and I have all of your information please just . If you are new and have never made a donation to Aspire you can do so direct by calling me at 831 622-8410 and giving me your credit card information. Or you can make your donation through PAYPAL on the main website.
Your checks can be sent and made out to Aspire and sent to:
P. O. Box 223779 Carmel, CA 93922-3779 |
or | Click here to Donate via PAYPAL. |
YOUR IMMEDIATE HELP IS NEEDED-I CANNOT WAIT FOR WE WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE AIR IF WE DO NOT ACT WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK.
I must tell you that this comes as a harsh blow to my efforts to raise donations to produce new programs in Japan for you on Zen and meditation. But right now this is more important than anything else.
Please forgive me,
Gregory
