Heavy Breathers Catharsis (Meditation CD/Instructional DVD Set)

I believe deeply in catharsis for myself and my students. Catharsis is the ability we all have to let our hurt and pain out without harming another person or ourselves. This CD and DVD set, entitled Heavy Breathers, is what I call an “industrial strength” catharsis. It was created many years ago while I was watching a small child throw a tantrum in a grocery store. As I watched this, it became obvious to me that this is exactly what all adults need. But who will do it? So…I created a catharsis that you can do in the privacy of your own home and gain the value of letting go of hidden pain and sorrow, without anyone watching you.

This catharsis will help you to let go of the emotional and mental pain that you are all in due to this society and the strains of daily living…thus, allowing you to do other meditations like Energy Momentum One and Two to help you further your inner SPACE, which allows for deep and profound Silence.
