Forgiveness One is a guided meditation into the power of Forgiveness, offering the insight of compassion that is necessary for Forgiveness to bloom within and flower into Mercy. Forgiveness One requires you to do some personal writing, so you will also need a journal. Without Forgiveness, you will find nothing within yourself changing. The great change will be within this meditation……which is especially powerful when combined with the Forgiveness meditation listed above.

Learning how to forgive ourselves is the essence of compassion and loving kindness. This meditation promotes well-being within a us and offers insight into how we trip ourselves up through self-hatred and, at times, arrogant aggrandizement of the ego. This meditation is essential for next year as we enter into karma.

The word repent means to “turn within” and this is exactly what this meditation does. Hidden within the meditation are tones and harmonics that were taken from three masters in India and converted into audio tracks that play in the background, while you meditate. This Homodynamic meditation offers relief from the unconscious mind that is always in a state of worry and fear.
