Meditations-On-The-Heart

This is designed to help the meditator who has trouble with focus through listening and allowing the tones and music of the Heart chakra to be the sole focus of the meditation. All you have to do is follow the breath pattern that is recorded within this meditation and keep your focus on the Heart chakra. It is simple and brings such a sweetness and kindness, opening great inner potential to help you feel the power of Vipassana meditation.

This mediation is best used in the evening, before retiring, to help you come to deep rest. It is based in the human heartbeat and as you breathe with it, you will find union with your Heart and Soul.

This meditation is rooted in the Tibetan Pulsing meditations that were taught to Gregory many years ago while in India. It will help you feel a new Presence in your life. This Presence is Love and you will find this meditation offers deep Compassion and introspection.

This simple meditation will acquaint you with the spiritual Heart that lives within…that is beyond the emotions so many people confuse as the source of Love. This meditation is a guided by Gregory and the music and should be used three times per week.
