For the authentic student of meditation there is nothing more powerful than FORGIVENESS. It is not what we have to forgive, as it is how we live in FORGIVENESS. At this powerful workshop Gregory will continue with his journey of meditation and journal work

REPENTANCE & RESTITUTION!

We will begin in this workshop to explore what the word REPENTANCE means to us. Both Jesus and Buddha used this word a great deal in their teachings. The word refers to how one begins to live from a spiritual premise rather than a physical sense of rightness or justice. Gregory will be offering his friends and students the opportunity to change the way they live in fear and hate and offer them an opportunity to live on the path at their own pace.

This workshop is an introduction to our summer Asilomar experience. Our Summer transformational retreat is entitled THE SILENCE BY THE SEA-A Sudden Moment of Pause. This SIX-day retreat will include silent meditation, three new meditations, one of which will be our evening energy darshan as well as many other powerful activities. This retreat will open many doors to the power of restitution, which is far more important, then many people would imagine.

At this workshop Gregory will offer two new Meditation CDs. The first is entitled Repentance and the second is called Restitution. These two meditations will help you feel the release from your PAST that will repeat over and over until we realize the Presence of Love within each and every moment of our lives.

On Saturday May 20th we will practice from 8:00 am till 4:00 p.m. Lunch is provided for you.

Please bring with you a cushion to sit on and wear very loose and comfortable clothing. It is important that you bring a Journal with you along with crayons or colored markers.
