This valuable Pre-Retreat Workshop will help you ready yourself for our 4-day Meditation Retreat in July. Siraj will guide you through the profound importance of Silence as a gateway to deeper awareness. He will also clarify the specific meaning and purpose of the tones you will encounter during the July Meditations. This Workshop will include Vipassana meditation, an introduction to the new Intonement Meditations, and Gestalt exploration.

We meet at the Carmel Women’s Club located at 9^th Avenue and San Carlos in Carmel, CA. We begin the Workshop at 9:30 am, lunch will be provided during the day and we will end at 3:00 pm. The tax-deductible donation for this Workshop is $135* per person. This donation includes your lunch for the day. Upon registration, you will be sent a receipt for your income taxes.
