This Workshop will feature meditation exercises to help with catharsis and disciplining the mind to let go of habits that impulse us to emotionality. Siraj will present the type of relationship to have with the body that will not interfere with the Spirit within, which is the path to the Soul. This will be an important meditative experience to help us prepare for the November Retreat.

We meet at the Encinitas Community Center in Encinitas, CA at 8:30 am – 3:00 pm – you are invited to join us. The tax deductible donation for this Workshop is $260* per person. This donation includes your lunch for the day. Upon registration, you will be sent a receipt for your income taxes.
