To live and thrive in the manner of the Tao is to have the Virtue of respect for others in this lifetime, and to allow our kindness to exceed our frustrations and fears. This is the essence of the All.
Each Discourse ends with a brief period of meditation. It is suggested that you listen to each Discourse at least 3 times per week.
